DELETE YOURACCOUNT

You can permanently delete your Comiker account and its associated data at any time, directly inside the Comiker app. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed.

How to delete your account

Open the Comiker app and sign in to your account.
Go to Account → Delete Account.
Complete the two-step confirmation. You'll be asked to type your username and, for password accounts, re-enter your password.
Once confirmed, your account is deactivated immediately and your content is erased.

What is deleted — permanently and immediately

Erased from our servers right away

All of your comics, comic page images, and narration audio are permanently deleted the moment you confirm. This cannot be undone or recovered — not by you, not by our support team. If you want to keep any comic, download it before deleting your account.

What is kept — and for how long

Sign-in details · 30 days

Your email address and sign-in details are retained for 30 days so that you can restore access to your account by signing in again within that window. After 30 days they are permanently erased.

Billing records · as required by law

Purchase and billing history is retained only as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance. Payments are processed by Apple and Google; we never store your payment card details.

Can't access the app?
If you're unable to sign in and delete your account yourself, email info@comiker.com from the address associated with your account and we'll process your deletion request.
